Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
- Conduct consultative styling conversations to understand customer needs and create complete looks.
- Recommend add-ons and cross-category pairings; use storytelling to drive purchase decisions.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear merchandise and encourage customers to explore new styles.
- Execute seamless point-of-sale transactions and maintain visual and operational standards on the sales floor.
- Maintain stockroom organization, assist with inventory movement and safely handle merchandise (regularly lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Contribute to team goals, exchange constructive feedback, and support omni-channel selling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; luxury or lifestyle brand experience preferred.
- Comfort with omni-channel and virtual selling techniques and basic social media awareness.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, busy retail seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to perform essential physical duties of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment is required; experience in styling, luxury or lifestyle brands is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
