Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests warmly, demonstrating thorough product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Conduct needs-based conversations; listen actively and ask insightful follow-up questions to determine customer preferences.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, and suggest complementary add-ons to increase basket value.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate products to inspire customers to explore new styles.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure an efficient, accurate checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including POS transactions and stock organisation.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques; participate in social-media-aware selling when appropriate.
- Reinforce customer choices to encourage repeat visits and cultivate long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; demonstrable customer service or sales track record.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), bend, climb and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Prior experience in a retail environment is required; professional selling experience and familiarity with brand-driven styling are strongly preferred.
