Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent sourcing and acquisition strategies for SEA Supply Chain (Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, India, Indonesia and other SEA markets).
- Maintain the TA dashboard, produce regular reports and provide talent analytics on hiring effectiveness, cost and process metrics for data-driven decision making.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including welcome communications and integration activities to ensure engagement and retention.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through targeted networking, exploratory interviews and community outreach.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and leverage social media and non‑traditional recruiting channels to attract passive talent.
- Act as a Tapestry ambassador in the market, communicating the employer value proposition and representing the brand at recruitment events.
- Navigate recruiting and onboarding processes within People systems / HRIS and provide ad hoc HR support to Supply Chain leaders as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' HR or recruitment experience within multinational organisations; experience in fashion, luxury or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Highly organised, detail oriented and able to prioritise multiple activities simultaneously.
- Strong networking and relationship development skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Agile, self-motivated and a creative problem solver with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on HR or recruitment experience in multinational companies, ideally supporting supply‑chain, operations or retail functions; prior exposure to fashion or luxury sectors is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
