Tapestry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment for North America functional organizations, including HR, Legal, Supply Chain, IT & Digital, Strategy, Procurement, and Finance. The role owns searches from intake through offer acceptance, builds talent pipelines, advises stakeholders, and improves recruiting processes; it has no people-management responsibility. Full-time; base pay is $90,000–$110,000 annually.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned North America Functional Groups, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting plans aligned with business needs.
• Lead searches across multiple functions and levels, including complex and hard-to-fill roles, while maintaining pace, quality, and attention to detail.
• Source and engage diverse, high-caliber talent through direct outreach, referrals, networking, internal mobility, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for recurring and anticipated talent needs.
• Deliver a consistent, inclusive, high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR stakeholders, providing timely guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Provide talent market insights and practical recommendations on sourcing, candidate availability, compensation, and hiring timelines.
• Maintain clear communication, set expectations, and drive timely decisions and follow-through across all searches.
• Represent Tapestry’s brands, culture, and employee value proposition credibly with candidates and external talent communities.
• Maintain accurate and timely recruiting activity, candidate information, and requisition status within recruiting systems.
• Use recruiting metrics and funnel data to manage searches, identify trends, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
• Identify and recommend practical improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and stakeholder or candidate experiences.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and share market knowledge, effective practices, and lessons learned with the broader team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, with demonstrated success recruiting across corporate functions and multiple levels.
• Strong sourcing capability and experience engaging active and passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Proven ability to manage a varied requisition portfolio independently while delivering quality hires and a strong stakeholder experience.
• Strong partnership, communication, and influencing skills with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, structured assessment practices, and recruiting metrics.
• Sound judgment, business acumen, and the ability to translate talent needs into practical recruiting actions.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and accountability for recruiting results.
• Exceptional relationship-building and candidate engagement skills.
• Resilience, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple searches, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute beyond assigned requisitions when team or business needs require it.
