Tapestry Talent Acquisition Intern, Tokyo. Support recruitment operations for luxury Coach and Kate Spade brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and candidate screening activities across recruitment channels
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with prospective candidates
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Support the preparation of recruitment materials and job postings
- Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire administrative tasks
- Provide administrative support to the human resources and talent acquisition teams
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a degree programme in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personnel information

Experience
No prior professional experience required; prior internship or volunteer experience in human resources or recruitment is beneficial.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
