  • Monitor the competitive landscape and developments in supply chain trends, technologies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Lead long-range planning, operating model design, and enterprise-wide transformation across Tapestry’s multi-brand portfolio.
  • Lead enterprise supply chain strategic planning, including the three-year long-range plan, initiative prioritization, and coordination across functional leaders, brand teams, and executive leadership.
  • Drive strategic prioritization and investment planning across supply chain initiatives to shift from reactive execution to proactive enterprise value creation.
  • Develop strategies informed by analytics on consumer trends and insights, competition, and geographies, translating them into actionable supply chain deliverables.
  • Partner with the Chief Supply Chain Officer and VP+ leadership team to align supply chain capabilities with commercial priorities, growth plans, and cost-optimization requirements.
  • Identify and incubate high-impact initiatives that deliver measurable productivity gains, operating-cost reductions, and working-capital efficiencies aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Embed strategic clarity and performance accountability through cross-functional decision-making frameworks, KPI alignment, and communication rhythms.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and Brand teams to strengthen end-to-end visibility, digital capabilities, and cross-brand synergies across the global supply chain.
  • Lead strategic communications for executive forums, including Board of Directors meetings, leadership offsites, town halls, and Supplier Summits, articulating progress, risk, and long-term value creation.
  • Support key leadership meetings and workshops for the brand leadership team.
  • Oversee status reporting for an initiative portfolio, providing visibility into milestone progress and overall performance.
  • Own or support the implementation and execution of key strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure key consumer trends are addressed in strategic initiatives and focus areas.
  • Track progress on initiatives underpinning the long-range plan, ensuring delivery of the supply chain strategy, financial commitments, and annual targets.
  • Mentor and influence colleagues at all levels to build internal capability, foster process ownership, and support scaled change adoption.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop junior Supply Chain Strategy team members.
