Kate Spade New York in Dawsonville, GA seeks a Temporary Associate (Stylist) — part-time retail role at North Georgia Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and authoritative product knowledge; build rapport through active listening and thoughtful questions.
- Provide personalised styling advice and curate complete looks, suggesting complementary items to elevate sales and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and use products to inspire purchase and repeat visits.
- Guide customers through transactions and ensure an efficient, accurate checkout experience using POS systems.
- Maintain operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including merchandising, stock replenishment and inventory organisation.
- Drive sales results through storytelling, clienteling and omni-channel/virtual selling techniques; solicit and act on feedback to improve performance.
- Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays; perform light physical tasks such as lifting and stock movement.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in styling, luxury or fashion retail preferred.
- Comfortable with omni-channel retailing and virtual selling; aptitude for social media engagement.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market) and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; proven sales or styling experience in a fashion or specialty retail environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
