Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, demonstrate deep product knowledge, and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Listen actively and ask probing questions to understand customers’ needs and personal style.
• Provide personalized styling advice; assemble complete looks and suggest complementary add-ons to increase basket value.
• Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and use products to inspire customers to try new styles.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless POS checkout experience.
• Maintain operational excellence: organize the stockroom, execute accurate POS transactions, and support visual standards on the sales floor.
• Deliver results through storytelling and strong customer connections; solicit and act on feedback to improve performance.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays; perform light to moderate physical tasks (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment; luxury or specialty retail experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; able to perform physical tasks required by the role.

Skills

Experience

Prior retail experience is required. Demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles — ideally within fashion or lifestyle retail — is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; further study in fashion, retail or a related field is advantageous but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
