Kate Spade New York seeks a Part‑Time Stylist in Glendale, AZ (Tanger Outlets West Gate). Temporary retail role focused on styling, sales and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Conduct consultative conversations to identify customer needs and curate personalized looks across categories.
- Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons and create complete, shoppable outfits to increase basket depth.
- Showcase versatile ways to wear products and inspire customers to explore new styles.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout and POS experience.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organisation and merchandising standards.
- Drive sales through storytelling and deliberate client engagement; reinforce customer choices to encourage repeat visits.
- Adapt to omnichannel selling: learn and apply virtual/omni selling techniques and social media engagement when required.
- Perform routine physical duties including lifting (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and maneuvering stockroom and sales floor.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to adopt omnichannel and virtual selling practices.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
Previous retail selling experience is required; candidates should demonstrate a track record of delivering customer-focused service and meeting sales objectives within a fashion or lifestyle retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
