Kate Spade New York seeks a Part-time Stylist in Monroe, Ohio (Cincinnati Premium Outlets). Temporary retail role focused on styling, client service and POS duties.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating deep product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Provide personalised styling advice, build complete looks and recommend complementary items to drive basket value.
- Listen actively to customers’ needs, ask insightful questions and guide purchase decisions to ensure a seamless checkout.
- Demonstrate creativity by presenting multiple ways to wear products and encouraging exploration of new styles.
- Maintain operational standards including point-of-sale transactions, stockroom organisation and merchandise presentation.
- Support a welcoming return experience and proactively invite customers to return and join brand channels.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; comfort working in a busy store environment and collaborating within a team.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and adapt to shifting business needs including high-traffic periods.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasional lifts to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a retail environment is required; experience in luxury, lifestyle or fashion retail is preferred. Demonstrable track record of customer-facing selling and styling is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal training in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
