Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with confident, brand-forward hospitality and deep product knowledge.
- Conduct personalised styling consultations to create complete looks and recommend add-ons that suit customers’ lifestyles.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, storytelling and effective clienteling.
- Deliver a seamless checkout experience including POS transactions and cash handling.
- Maintain operational excellence: stockroom organisation, merchandising, inventory handling and floor replenishment.
- Demonstrate creativity in visual presentation and suggest multiple ways to wear product to encourage exploration.
- Provide and accept constructive feedback to support team performance and store objectives.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; experience in fashion, accessories or luxury retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Previous retail sales experience required; background in styling or luxury/fashion retail is advantageous.
