Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly, build rapport and assess their aesthetic and lifestyle needs through active listening and insightful questions.
- Provide personalised styling advice and curate complete looks across product categories, demonstrating multiple ways to wear and combine items.
- Drive sales through storytelling, upselling and suggestive selling while maintaining high standards of customer service and follow-through.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and operational excellence, including stockroom organisation and inventory replenishment.
- Support omnichannel selling initiatives (virtual selling, social media engagement) and adapt to evolving customer touchpoints.
- Perform routine physical tasks associated with retail operations, including lifting merchandise and merchandising fixtures as required.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable with omnichannel retail practices and social media customer engagement.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and navigate salesfloor and stockroom environments.

Experience
Previous experience in a retail sales environment is required, with a track record of meeting sales objectives and delivering consultative, product-led customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
