Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the in-store team with a visible leadership presence to achieve sales targets and maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador to consistently deliver Coach values and increase brand awareness through elevated client experiences.
  • Implement company initiatives and store operational standards to ensure smooth daily business functioning.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to improve store results.
  • Coach, develop and hold team members accountable through recruiting support, interviewing, performance evaluations and targeted training.
  • Drive clienteling and customer-centric strategies to build long-term relationships and increase repeat business.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures; support visual merchandising and basic inventory handling as required.
  • Perform physical tasks related to store operations, including moving product, cartons or fixtures when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail store at the lead/supervisor level.
  • Proven leadership and coaching capability with a track record of developing team performance to meet KPIs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into action.
  • Customer-focused orientation with experience in clienteling and delivering exceptional luxury service.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift/move at least 25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Experience
