Kate Spade New York is hiring a Supervisor I in Thornton, Colorado. Lead sales, clienteling and store operations at Denver Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor to create a customer-first, high-energy environment and model kate spade service behaviors.
- Drive personal and team sales performance; analyze KPIs and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency.
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, data capture and VIP retention activities.
- Coach, develop and onboard store team members; provide performance feedback and support recruitment activities.
- Perform and supervise opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits and register operations; act as a key-holder.
- Oversee POS transactions and inventory functions (receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs, damages) to maintain inventory integrity.
- Maintain organized stockroom and ensure timely replenishment to the sales floor.
- Lead omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives (including live-stream shopping) and promote brand-safe social media engagement.
- Foster an inclusive, equitable team culture aligned with company competencies and standards.
- Comply with ADA and safety requirements and support reasonable accommodation processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail service experience in a management or floor leadership role; luxury/premium retail preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Comfortable using POS systems, clienteling systems and omni-channel/virtual selling tools.
- Social media literacy and awareness of platform trends; experience with live-stream shopping beneficial.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in stockroom and sales floor.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience in a supervisory or floor leadership capacity; experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, coaching teams and managing store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail leadership experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Thornton, Colorado, USA, with easy access to Denver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
