Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and model exceptional customer service on the sales floor, driving brand-standard interactions and needs discovery to grow client loyalty and repeat business.
- Drive personal and team sales performance against targets and KPIs; analyse daily metrics and implement corrective actions and best practices to improve conversion and average transaction value.
- Coach, develop and mentor sales associates: support recruitment, onboarding, performance feedback, and career development conversations.
- Oversee operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and secure facility key-holding responsibilities.
- Manage inventory integrity and stockroom organisation: execute transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs and damage procedures; orchestrate timely replenishment to the sales floor.
- Lead omni-channel initiatives such as virtual selling, live-stream shopping and customer data capture to grow loyalty program participation.
- Promote brand-safe social media engagement and maintain awareness of platform trends to support in-store marketing and client outreach.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail service experience in a management or floor leadership role; luxury/premium retail preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Comfortable operating POS, clienteling systems and omni-channel/virtual selling tools; social media literacy and trend awareness.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), bend, climb and manoeuvre within sales floor and stockroom environments.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership capacity; experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred. A combination of relevant education and demonstrated retail leadership may be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail management coursework preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
