Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor to achieve individual and store KPIs; analyze performance metrics and deploy best practices to improve results and efficiency.
- Model and coach Kate Spade service behaviors—greet, engage, discover needs—and drive client development, proactive outreach and VIP retention.
- Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, POS transactions and register integrity; serve as key-holder when required.
- Manage inventory processes: receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs and damages; maintain an organized stockroom and ensure timely replenishment to the sales floor.
- Recruit, onboard and develop store staff; provide performance feedback, set goals and act as an advocate for the team to foster an inclusive and high-performing culture.
- Execute omni‑channel and virtual selling initiatives (including live‑stream shopping); lead customer data capture and promote brand‑safe social media engagement.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, loss prevention practices and health & safety requirements; perform physical tasks including regular lifting and stockroom maneuvering.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Social media literacy and familiarity with platform trends; comfort using omni‑channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least two years in a retail supervisory or floor leadership capacity, preferably within luxury or premium retail; experience driving sales, developing teams and managing store operations is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; a combination of post‑secondary education in business/retail and relevant experience is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
