Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a Store Supervisor in Dongguan (MixC Village). Lead sales, staff development and inventory for a premium luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales growth and contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly and seasonal targets in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards across the sales floor; coach the team to maintain high-quality client interactions and relationship building.
- Provide hands‑on training, performance coaching and development plans for sales staff to raise selling capability and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Resolve customer complaints and service recovery escalations with professionalism, ensuring positive outcomes and preservation of brand reputation.
- Support store operational tasks such as staff scheduling, visual merchandising execution and maintaining store presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher (专科及以上学历).
- Minimum five years of retail experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or team‑lead role within retail or the luxury sector.
- Demonstrated leadership, integrity and the ability to inspire and develop a diverse sales team.
- Proven capability to handle customer complaints and perform service recovery effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure and take initiative beyond assigned duties.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years of retail or luxury retail experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or people‑management position.
Education
Associate degree (专科) or above.
