Kate Spade New York in Castle Rock, CO is hiring a Store Supervisor to lead sales, clienteling and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and model exceptional customer service and sales behaviours on the sales floor to achieve individual and store KPI targets.
  • Coach, develop and motivate the sales team through regular feedback, performance discussions and role-modelling of brand service standards.
  • Drive client development via proactive outreach, VIP retention strategies and accurate customer data capture to grow loyalty and repeat business.
  • Manage day‑to‑day store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key‑holding responsibilities.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and stockroom organisation: receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs and damage processing to maintain stock integrity.
  • Activate omni‑channel and virtual selling initiatives, support live‑stream or virtual appointments, and ensure brand‑safe social media engagement.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding, provide input on staffing needs and act as an advocate for team development and inclusivity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership capacity; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; comfortable with POS, clienteling systems and omni‑channel/virtual selling tools.
  • Social media literacy and awareness of platform trends to support brand engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; capable of regular lifting up to 25 lbs (occasional up to 50 lbs).

Experience
