Coach (Tapestry) in McAllen, TX seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service and omni-channel sales. $15.00–$19.25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Deliver personalised styling and product guidance to build enduring client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and proactively source new customers through outreach and follow-up.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and maintain POS accuracy.
- Support inventory activities including receiving shipments, replenishment, stockroom management and inventory cycles.
- Maintain floor and stockroom standards—visual merchandising, cleanliness, organization—and follow asset protection procedures.
- Work collaboratively with teammates, assist across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven retail environment.
- Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkie.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social-media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience; prior luxury retail or brand boutique experience is preferred. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and executing omni-channel clienteling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
