Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing, vendor communication, and payment processing for stores; identify cost-reduction opportunities and service improvements through contractual analysis
  • Develop and enhance Health and Safety processes in collaboration with retail leadership to ensure compliance with country-specific legislation
  • Create operational learning modules, standard operating procedures, and training materials for store teams
  • Partner with Finance to build annual operating plans for European stores and manage budgets throughout the year
  • Maintain and update the store locator with accurate European store information based on store team feedback
  • Oversee store traffic counter accounts and resolve issues through cross-functional relationships
  • Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback from teams on process improvements
  • Support new store opening projects and coordinate retail project enhancements or relocations
  • Maintain high store standards and resolve operational issues to ensure positive customer experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in a store operations role within retail with strong understanding of store operating procedures
  • Multi-brand store operations or omnichannel retail experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business demands
  • Additional European language skills preferred
