Coach Store Manager in Wustermark, Germany — lead the Coach Berlin Outlet team to drive sales, service and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store to achieve sales, profitability and productivity targets across all channels.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans responsive to local market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion experience preferred.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers and partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; practical experience with retail systems (labour management, inventory and sales reporting).
- Knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape and digital engagement channels.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated competencies: courage, creativity, customer focus, ability to deal with ambiguity, drive for results, interpersonal savvy and rapid learning.

Experience
1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; experience in luxury or fashion retail is advantageous. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
