Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store performance by driving sales, profitability and productivity across all channels.
- Develop and execute local business plans while adapting to customer needs and market trends.
- Champion a service-first culture through personalised clienteling and exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, coach and develop a diverse, high-performing retail team; set goals and deliver ongoing feedback.
- Oversee daily operations including inventory control, payroll, loss prevention and scheduling.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards and inspire customers.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism and represent the brand in the community.
- Collaborate with corporate partners and peers to align on objectives and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion background preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain frontline retail talent.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on sales results and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build vendor and community relationships.
- Physical ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform stockroom and sales-floor tasks.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
Skills
Experience
1–6 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail or customer-facing service environments; experience in luxury or fashion retail is an advantage.
Education
Combination of education and experience will be considered; secondary education required, post-secondary study in business, retail management or a related field is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 27.50 to CAD 40 per hour.
