Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales, profitability and productivity across all channels, translating corporate targets into local execution.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans responsive to customer behaviour and regional market trends.
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences through personalised clienteling and service excellence.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory oversight, payroll administration, loss prevention and staffing.
- Recruit, onboard and retain talent; set clear goals, deliver meaningful feedback and celebrate team achievements.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards and inspire customer engagement.
- Optimise staffing and scheduling to align labour with business demand, including peak trading and promotional events.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, urgency and professionalism; act as the local brand ambassador in the community.
- Maintain health & safety and ADA-compliant accommodation practices and perform physical tasks as required (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams in a results-driven environment.
- Demonstrable business acumen with a focus on sales, margin and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems (labor management, inventory and sales reporting).
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail seasons.
Skills
Experience
Between 1 and 6 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail or customer service environments; demonstrable success in driving sales and developing staff preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred — a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 62,000 to USD 94,000 per annum.
