Coach Store Manager in Orlando, FL — Coach seeks an experienced retail leader to drive sales, team development and exceptional customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead store performance by driving sales, profitability, productivity and multi-channel execution.
  • Translate strategic business plans into store-level actions responsive to local customer behavior and market trends.

Qualifications

  • 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve commercial and service KPIs.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on sales results, operational excellence and inventory management.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with retail systems such as labor management, inventory and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, digital engagement and social media; curiosity for omnichannel retail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling and climbing.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 114,000 per annum.
