Coach seeks a Store Manager in Orland Park, IL to lead retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store performance by driving sales, profitability, and productivity across all channels.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans responsive to customer needs and local market dynamics.
- Champion a service-first culture through personalized clienteling and exceptional customer experiences.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a diverse, high-performing sales team; set clear goals and deliver regular feedback.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, payroll, loss prevention and scheduling.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards and inspire customers.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, urgency and professionalism while representing the brand in the community.
- Collaborate with peers and corporate partners to align on goals, initiatives and local execution.
Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain talent and to build motivated teams.
- Proven business acumen with a focus on sales results, operational rigor and loss prevention.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer-service orientation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting).
- Knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape and digital engagement; social media awareness.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical duties on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
1–6 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail or service environments; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is advantageous.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of education and relevant retail leadership experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 62,000 to USD 94,000 per annum.
