Coach seeks a Store Manager — Operations Focus in Orlando, FL. Lead store operations, sales and team development for Coach at I-Drive.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales, profitability and productivity across channels, executing strategic business plans responsive to local market dynamics.
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse, high-performing team through regular feedback, goal-setting and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure best-in-class client experiences via personalized clienteling, service excellence and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Oversee all store operations including inventory control, payroll administration, loss prevention and compliance with brand standards.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold Coach brand aesthetic and inspire customers.
- Optimize staffing and scheduling to match business demand and deliver seamless service during peak and off-peak periods.
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local community, building vendor and stakeholder relationships.
- Communicate proactively with peers and corporate partners to align on priorities, initiatives and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service environments; luxury or fashion experience is advantageous.
- Proven aptitude for people leadership with a track record of recruiting, developing and retaining talent.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets, margin and operational excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust and influence across levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems (labor management, inventory and sales reporting).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods; capable of regularly lifting 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
Between one and six years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
A combination of education and experience will be considered; high school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education in business, merchandising or a related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 114,000 per annum.
