Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales, profitability and productivity across channels while executing strategic business plans responsive to local market needs.
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse, high-performing team through goal-setting, feedback, and recognition to sustain a service-first culture.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, payroll administration, loss prevention, staffing and scheduling.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized clienteling, complaint resolution and brand-appropriate service standards.
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising meet Coach brand standards and inspire customer engagement.
- Recruit, onboard and retain talent; build relationships with vendors and local community stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with corporate partners and peers to align on initiatives, targets and operational priorities.
Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service environments; luxury or fashion retail background preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people, build motivated teams and develop direct reports.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on sales results, profitability and operational excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; proven customer-focus and problem-solving under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting).
- Knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape and digital engagement including social media.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays; ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or customer-facing service industries; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is an advantage. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 62,000 to USD 94,000 per annum.
