Qualifications

- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on sales results, margin management and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust across teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems (labor management, inventory and sales reporting).
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape; curiosity for digital engagement and social media.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and perform physical tasks in a retail environment.

Experience
One to six years of people leadership in retail or service industries is required; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is advantageous. A combination of formal education and demonstrable retail experience will be considered.
Education
