Role & Responsibilities

• Drive store sales, profitability and productivity across all channels by executing strategic business plans and responding to local market dynamics.
• Lead, coach and develop a diverse, high-performing store team to deliver personalized service and superior clienteling.
• Own daily store operations including inventory control, payroll, loss prevention and operational compliance.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards and inspire customer engagement.
• Recruit, onboard and retain talent who reflect the brand’s values and foster a culture of accountability and recognition.
• Optimize staffing and scheduling to align labor with peak trading periods and deliver consistent service.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, acting as a visible brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Collaborate with corporate partners and peers to align on goals, initiatives and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service environments; luxury or fashion background preferred; combinations of education and experience accepted.
• Demonstrable passion for leading people and building motivated, collaborative teams.
• Proven ability to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and drive client loyalty.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on sales results, margin management and operational excellence.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust across teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems (labor management, inventory and sales reporting).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape; curiosity for digital engagement and social media.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and perform physical tasks in a retail environment.

Skills

Experience

One to six years of people leadership in retail or service industries is required; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is advantageous. A combination of formal education and demonstrable retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or retail management certification preferred. Combination of education and relevant experience accepted.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 62,000 to USD 94,000 per annum.
