Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the store to achieve sales, profitability and productivity targets across all channels.
  • Develop and execute local business plans responsive to customer needs and market trends.
  • Cultivate a service-first culture through personalised clienteling and exceptional customer service.
  • Coach, inspire and develop a diverse, high-performing team; set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback.

Qualifications

  • 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion retail experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams to exceed performance objectives.
  • Demonstrable commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen with focus on sales, profitability and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems for labor management, inventory and sales reporting.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape and digital/customer engagement channels.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to perform stockroom and salesfloor tasks (climb, bend, kneel).

Experience
