Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store to achieve sales, profitability and productivity targets across all channels.
- Develop and execute local business plans responsive to customer needs and market trends.
- Cultivate a service-first culture through personalised clienteling and exceptional customer service.
- Coach, inspire and develop a diverse, high-performing team; set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback.
- Recruit, onboard and retain talent aligned with the Coach brand and values.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, payroll administration and loss prevention.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation consistently meet brand standards.
- Optimise staffing and scheduling to deliver seamless service during peak and off-peak periods.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency and act as a visible brand ambassador in the community.

Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion retail experience is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams to exceed performance objectives.
- Demonstrable commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
- Strong commercial acumen with focus on sales, profitability and operational excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems for labor management, inventory and sales reporting.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape and digital/customer engagement channels.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to perform stockroom and salesfloor tasks (climb, bend, kneel).
Skills
Experience
Between one and six years of supervisory or management experience in retail or service environments; experience in luxury or fashion retail is preferred. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, fashion merchandising or related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 62,000 to USD 94,000 per annum.
