Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a Store Design Coordinator in New York, NY — hybrid role overseeing store projects, renovations and construction drawings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end store projects including new stores, renovations, enhancements and concept rollouts from feasibility through opening.
- Review and coordinate project designs with the manager and cross-functional partners (Visual Merchandising, Sales, Business Development, Construction) to ensure alignment with brand standards and commercial objectives.
- Update and revise project documentation to reflect business needs, schedule changes and budget constraints.
- Review construction and millwork drawings for accuracy of dimensions, materials and fabrication details.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to track deliverables, approvals and construction milestones.
- Maintain organized project files and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an architecture, drafting or retail design role.
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and millwork drawings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working cross‑functionally.
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in retail design and/or store rollouts is a plus.

Experience
At least 1 year of professional experience in an architecture/drafting or retail design capacity; experience reviewing construction and millwork drawings and supporting store projects preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to USD 70,000 per annum.
