Coach is hiring a part-time Stockroom Associate in Los Angeles, CA (The Grove) to support inventory, receiving and back-of-house operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients at the sales floor and cash wrap with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately; maintain cash wrap organisation and handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute basic visual merchandising updates and planogram adjustments.
- Support sales floor activities by responding to customer requests, suggesting add-on products and promoting gift cards where appropriate.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards across sales and back-of-house areas.
- Perform routine physical tasks including lifting (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and manoeuvring within the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and local competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS workflows; basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, internet).
- Ability to operate store communication equipment such as walkie talkies and to read price and product release sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational capability and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of previous retail experience in cashiering, stockroom operations or sales; experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
