Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, process and organize incoming shipments and store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain accurate receiving records.
• Manage stockroom organization and cleanliness; maintain inventory integrity and execute cycle counts as directed.
• Replenish the sales floor with merchandise according to planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Operate POS and cash wrap when required; handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
• Support sales floor activities by responding to customer requests, suggesting add-on products and promoting gift cards where appropriate.
• Serve as an internal brand ambassador and support local market initiatives, including in-store social media engagement.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and assist in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards throughout the store.
• Lift, move and stage merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform other physical tasks required to support retail operations.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales experience); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cash register systems, POS and basic computer applications; comfort using iPad, Mobile POS and laptop.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb and manoeuvre merchandise and storage fixtures safely.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience is required; experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational retail training or some college is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
