Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients at the sales floor and support the customer experience through professional, client-focused interactions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organisation and handle cash/media in accordance with policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and order.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute basic visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support sales floor activities, respond promptly to customer requests and partner with sales colleagues and management to meet service objectives.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where appropriate, and act as a brand ambassador in the local market and on social channels.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to loss-prevention procedures and perform occasional physical tasks including lifting and maneuvering inventory.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock or sales experience); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer proficiency, including use of iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational capability and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capable of routinely lifting 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.

At least 1 year of prior retail experience is required; experience in luxury retail or boutique environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
