Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a Part-time Stock Associate in Landquart, Switzerland — manage inventory, replenishment and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments; verify quantities against manifests and price/release sheets.
- Manage inventory cycles including stocking, replenishment, tagging and organized product movement between stockroom and sales floor.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, accurate inventory records and visual merchandising standards to ensure product is retail-ready.
- Support online order fulfilment and in-store pickups; process returns, exchanges and transfer transactions as required.
- Operate mobile POS devices and communicate via walkie-talkie to coordinate floor coverage and customer service.
- Assist sales colleagues and other functional areas during peak periods and special events to maintain service levels.
- Adhere to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and participate in brand training and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail, stockroom or inventory experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Basic digital literacy and familiarity with iPad/laptop and Mobile POS devices.
- Ability to read price/release sheets and accurately process inventory paperwork.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail and a professional, customer-focused demeanour.
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of experience in retail, stockroom or inventory management; prior experience in luxury or outlet retail environments is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, logistics or merchandising is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Landquart, Grisons, Switzerland, with easy access to Zurich.
