Tapestry (Coach) seeks a Showroom Executive in Greater London to manage showroom operations, sample logistics and market set-ups.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of two European showrooms, ensuring a premium presentation for buyers and partners.
- Receive, log and track samples during sample periods using Fashion GPS and EC Vision; act as primary contact for sample send-outs to partners.
- Plan, set up and break down showroom installations across the market schedule and own the temporary Milan showroom planning (four times per year).
- Manage sample flow and shipment tracking to guarantee timely arrivals for market appointments.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Visual Merchandising, Buying, Demand Planning, Merchandising and Sales to ensure smooth showroom set-ups.
- Manage showroom budgets and process sample-related invoices via Buying Hub.
- Own market calendars and diarise key dates, plus act as the central point of contact for showroom enquiries.
- Support market appointments with hospitality, hosting and on-site liaison.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
- 2–5 years’ experience in fashion wholesale, showroom management or sales.
- Strong understanding of fashion selling seasons, wholesale cycles and market schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); experience with Fashion GPS and EC Vision desirable.
- Budget awareness and experience processing invoices or working with Buying Hub.
- Proactive, adaptable, solution-oriented and calm during fast-paced selling periods.

Experience
2–5 years of demonstrable experience in fashion wholesale, showroom management or sales, preferably with exposure to European market cycles and seasonal showroom programmes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in fashion, business or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
