Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the annual supply of finished leather goods and products, ensuring quality and on-time delivery while adhering to Tapestry’s 4 Cs: Capacity, Capability, Compliance and Cost.
- Maintain an agile operations team that leverages and balances available capabilities, capacity and cost against demand signals, and determines available resources and capacity.
- Procure raw materials globally, ensuring the highest quality standards and best cost to support gross margin improvement.
