- Serve as a subject-matter resource for assigned inventory-accounting processes, providing guidance, training, and review support to analysts and cross-functional business partners.
- Lead or play a key role in system implementations, user acceptance testing (UAT), distribution-center transitions, and other cross-functional projects by documenting requirements, test results, issues, and process impacts.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities that strengthen controls, reduce manual effort, and improve the timeliness and quality of financial information.

- Provide day-to-day guidance, share knowledge, and review the work of analysts and business partners.
- Partner with Distribution Center Operations, Retail Inventory Control, Trade Compliance, Transportation, Account Services, Production Planning, and corporate and field teams.

- Ability to lead workstreams, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate results with limited direction.
