Tapestry seeks Senior Specialist, Human Resources in Shanghai to support global brand portfolio including Coach and Kate Spade New York.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and hiring initiatives aligned with Tapestry's commitment to diversity and equal opportunity employment
- Develop and execute talent management strategies to attract, retain, and advance top performers across the organization
- Facilitate employee development programs and career planning discussions with managers and team members
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and organizational HR policies in mainland China
