Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a Senior Sales Associate in Kildare, Ireland — part-time luxury retail role focused on sales, clienteling and omni-channel service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Coach Experience by meeting or exceeding individual sales and productivity targets on the sales floor.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, modelling company sales behaviours including omni-channel selling and virtual selling services.
  • Support simultaneous customer engagements while consistently anticipating and fulfilling client needs.
  • Drive client acquisition and retention through active clienteling and Customer Data Acquisition for marketing and loyalty communications.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture, encouraging colleagues to meet performance standards and supporting store initiatives.
  • Champion company programmes and uphold professional ethics and brand standards across interactions.

Qualifications

  • Previous management or supervisory experience in a luxury retail/service environment preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
  • Operational proficiency with POS systems and mobile selling devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing (strong English language proficiency required for EU roles).
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and eagerness to participate in live stream shopping, short-form social videos and social selling activities.

Experience

Preferably several years of retail experience within luxury or premium brands; prior supervisory or management exposure in a store environment is an advantage. Candidates with a blend of formal retail training and practical selling experience will be considered.
