Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales and productivity targets, contributing to overall store results.
- Deliver the Coach Experience through exemplary service, applying Coach selling skills and Coach Service training.
- Model and execute omni channel sales behaviours, including virtual selling services and clienteling to drive conversion and repeat purchase.
- Engage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high energy on the sales floor and anticipating customers’ needs.
- Support social selling and live-stream shopping initiatives: introduce products on camera, create short video content and collaborate with the social selling team.
- Actively acquire customer data and enrol clients in brand marketing and clienteling communications to build loyalty.
- Promote a collaborative team culture, champion company initiatives and uphold professional ethics and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a luxury retail environment preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and Mobile POS technology; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to engage customers and work effectively with the team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays and to meet moderate physical requirements for stockroom tasks.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience in luxury or premium retail is required; prior management or supervisory experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Kildare, Kildare, Ireland, within easy reach of Dublin.
