- Manage, mentor and develop a small team of product specialists; set priorities, measure performance and establish standard processes.
- Represent product priorities in tradeoffs with commercial, marketing and digital teams and ensure seamless go‑to‑market execution.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product, merchandising or product development experience within apparel, accessories or luxury retail.
- Proven track record managing assortments and product lifecycle with measurable commercial impact (sell‑through, margin, inventory turns).
- Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams and experience managing direct reports.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience using data to drive assortment, pricing and allocation decisions.
- Experience working with global vendors and supply‑chain stakeholders; familiarity with seasonal product calendars.

Experience
Seven or more years of progressive responsibility in product management, merchandising or product development within fashion, accessories or luxury retail; prior experience leading teams and influencing global, cross‑functional stakeholders is required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion merchandising, design, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
