Tapestry is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to lead supplier management and support global Procure-to-Pay operations, including SAP Ariba (BuyingHub) optimization, onboarding, system support, training, and performance reporting. The role is full-time in New York, with a base pay range of $80,000–$90,000 annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead supplier management projects and activities.
  • Oversee supplier onboarding to ensure a smooth process for requestors and suppliers.
  • Champion the SAP Ariba (BuyingHub) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system across the organization.
  • Provide strategic guidance on P2P and BuyingHub optimization projects.
  • Mentor the local support team in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
  • Organize and lead regional training sessions to educate and empower end users.
  • Serve as an escalation point among senior leadership, the support team, and business stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with Tapestry teams and external partners to advance Buying & Invoicing and Supplier Management initiatives.
  • Regularly review and refresh training materials and reference guides, and deliver training to global audiences at all company levels.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance, identifying when to escalate issues or provide visibility to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Develop metrics, tools, and dashboards to track and report on key system metrics and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the global team on projects and optimization efforts.
  • Proactively communicate status to project and team leads and stakeholders as needed.
  • Apply accurate analysis, project management, and sound judgment to solve problems, drive results, and mitigate risk.
  • Develop and maintain the trust and confidence of team members and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with procurement technologies and related ERP integration preferred; SAP Ariba and S4 HANA experience preferred. A combination of education and employment will be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Understanding of leading P2P technology practices and trends, and general system administration experience.
  • Experience collaborating globally and strong teamwork skills to plan and execute technology enhancements with other company departments.
  • Experience supporting customers, internally or externally, including the ability to prevent escalations.
  • Experience with process, quality control, and workflow management preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate on international projects.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user knowledge and skills, including key capabilities, functions, and formulas.

Experience
