Tapestry is hiring a Senior People Operations Analyst (SEA & Asia Supply Chain) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — HR operations, payroll, compliance, Workday key‑user.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide HR operations support to the Supply Chain business across SEA and Asia, covering compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations and HR projects.
- Prepare and issue employment documentation including offer letters, labour contracts, amendments and termination letters; maintain contract status and manage timely renewals.
- Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle activities — onboarding, mobility, transfers and offboarding — ensuring a consistent, high‑quality employee experience.
- Manage monthly payroll inputs and reconciliations (timesheet consolidation, payroll inputs, PIT and related data); reconcile bank account and payroll-related information.
- Serve as primary contact for social insurance authorities; manage all social insurance declarations and related government reporting (DOLISA, trade union and regulatory submissions).
- Administer the company’s premium health insurance package and support employees with claims and reimbursement processes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Vietnam labour law, SEA regulatory requirements and internal HR policies; track legislative changes and support implementation.
- Act as local system owner/key user for HR platforms (e.g., Workday), ensure data quality, support digitalisation and report on service‑provider performance.
- Support regional HR projects, system implementations, process harmonisation and the development and maintenance of local SOPs, policies and workflows.
- Contribute to internal communications and employee engagement activities organised by the People team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam labour law and HR compliance; experience with HR operations across SEA countries is a plus.
- Proven proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday experience preferred) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to work independently and collaboratively.

3–5 years of progressive experience in HR operations, shared services or payroll within a multinational environment; hands‑on exposure to payroll, social insurance administration and local compliance in Vietnam, with SEA regional exposure considered advantageous.
