Tapestry seeks a Senior o9 Planning System Analyst in New York to configure o9 for retail planning (demand, assortment, inventory).
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with retail planners, supply chain teams, and business stakeholders to elicit requirements, run workshops, and perform fit/gap analysis for retail planning processes.
- Design and configure o9 Digital Brain solutions for demand planning, inventory deployment, replenishment, assortment planning, and merchandise financial planning.
- Develop and customize o9 data models, hierarchies, entities and GraphCube structures to support what-if scenarios, simulations and exception workflows.
- Implement and extend o9 reference models using Config 2.0, IBPL queries, procedures, plugins, widgets, roles, dashboards (DSR) and action buttons to close retail-specific gaps.
- Map and integrate retail data sources (POS sales, inventory, shipments, promotions, store/item hierarchies) into the o9 platform, ensuring data quality and performance.
- Support full implementation lifecycle: solution design, configuration development, unit/integration testing, UAT, go‑live support and post‑go‑live enhancements.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues, monitor solution performance, and apply performance tuning and optimizations to meet SLAs.
- Document configuration logic, custom developments and best practices; contribute to training and knowledge transfer activities.
- Stay current with o9 platform updates and emerging AI-enabled retail planning techniques to continuously improve solution value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing the o9 Solutions platform.
- Proven retail industry experience with retail planning processes such as demand forecasting, assortment planning, inventory management, promotions, pricing, markdown optimization or MFP (2+ years preferred).
- Experience across full lifecycle o9 implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing and go‑live.
- Strong understanding of retail supply chain dynamics: seasonal planning, store/channel hierarchies, attribute-based planning and multi-echelon replenishment.
- Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes and experience tuning cloud-native deployments for performance.
- Prior exposure to alternative planning platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP IBP, Anaplan, Kinaxis) is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on o9 configuration and implementation experience, with at least 2+ years of retail planning domain exposure. Demonstrated experience executing full lifecycle implementations, integrating retail data sources, and delivering measurable planning outcomes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, information systems, computer science, operations research, business analytics or a related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to USD 110,000 per annum.
