Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead buying for outlet/wholesale channels (WLGs), including direction of assortment, depth and pricing decisions for wholesale customers.
  • Plan and execute pre‑season buying activity — including four pre‑season buying trips — and deliver comprehensive pre‑season merchandising briefings.
  • Provide product development feedback, manage in‑season product launches and deletions, and drive end‑of‑life (EOL) liquidation actions.
  • Own category merchandising strategies to deliver financial targets and company priorities, translating strategy into assortment and pricing execution.
  • Manage inventory flow and replenishment priorities; drive product chasing and mitigation actions to optimise sell‑through.
  • Partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders — Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Finance, Global Merchandising and regional Product Management teams (HK/TW/KR) — to align go‑to‑market activity.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing merchandising team; foster an innovative, accountable culture and support individual development plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of progressively responsible experience in merchandising or buying within fashion, with direct exposure to wholesale or outlet channels.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
  • Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities, including building and developing teams.
  • Strong communication skills, high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Sound commercial judgement, discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
