Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the paid and organic influencer marketing strategy across social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and legal/FTC requirements.
- Own the influencer marketing calendar and coordinate timing and activations with communications, marketing, merchandising and e-commerce partners.
- Source, vet and negotiate agreements with creators, talent agents and influencer agencies; manage contracts, invoicing and budget tracking in partnership with legal and finance.
- Oversee briefing, content approval and delivery timelines; manage product gifting, sample pulls, shipping and fulfillment for creators.
- Track, aggregate and analyze content and campaign performance; define KPIs, create executive-level reporting and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Benchmark creator performance and cost-efficiency; provide strategic recommendations on talent mix and investment allocation.
- Manage relationships with platform partners, publishers and third-party vendors to maximize reach and performance.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets and creative standards while maintaining brand elevation and storytelling consistency.
Qualifications
- College degree required (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in influencer, social media or digital marketing; experience in luxury fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to design and measure influencer programs across paid and organic channels with proven ROI.
- Deep familiarity with creator contracting, FTC/disclosure requirements and cross-functional approval workflows.
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and experience managing budgets and timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting performance and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Creative sensibility with the ability to ideate disruptive campaigns while maintaining brand elevation.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
