Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end inventory operations across North America, including allocation, replenishment, cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Oversee distribution centre performance and third‑party logistics (3PL) relationships to ensure timely, cost‑efficient fulfillment for wholesale, direct and omnichannel channels.
- Define and execute logistics strategy and network optimisation to reduce lead times, transportation cost and stock obsolescence while improving service levels.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and operational dashboards to drive continuous improvement and commercial alignment with planning, merchandising and store operations.
- Manage a cross‑functional team and vendor partners; provide coaching, resource planning and performance management to deliver operational commitments.
- Partner with customs, import/export and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence and efficient inbound logistics flows.
- Own budgetary targets for inventory carrying costs, distribution expenses and logistics capital projects; lead initiatives to capture savings and process efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in inventory control, distribution or logistics within retail or consumer goods, ideally in fashion or luxury segments.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel fulfilment, DC operations and 3PL commercial/operational management.
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable inventory and transport optimisation plans.
- Experience managing cross‑functional stakeholders including planning, merchandising, stores and customer service.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and carrier management best practices.
- Preferred certifications: APICS/CPIM, CSCP or Lean/Six Sigma competence.

Experience
Minimum of 7+ years of progressive supply chain, inventory or logistics experience with several years in a managerial capacity; prior exposure to retail or luxury fashion environments and omnichannel fulfilment is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced supply chain qualification preferred.
