Role & Responsibilities
- Define, prioritise and secure new business development opportunities to accelerate multi‑channel distribution aligned with global and brand strategy.
- Translate global and brand strategies into local market roadmaps and real estate implications for Coach and Kate Spade.
- Develop and maintain financial and operating models for new store openings and real estate investments in collaboration with FP&A, retail and visual experience teams.
- Gather and synthesise market, city, competitor and real estate development intelligence to inform site selection and investment decisions.
- Provide business decision support for domestic and international store development initiatives, including leading negotiations with developer and landlord partners.
- Support long‑range planning by consolidating BD roadmaps and the BD long‑range plan; partner with regional teams to build their development pipelines.
- Act as a cross‑brand, cross‑functional liaison to coordinate execution and ensure alignment of store development initiatives.
- Track and report on store development execution, capture learnings and close the loop on implementation.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development, store development or retail real estate, or equivalent consulting/analytical experience.
- Advanced financial modelling and forecasting capabilities to construct and stress test store investment cases.
- Exceptional market intelligence, analytical research and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Strong commercial acumen in retail and real estate dynamics, with experience negotiating with landlords or developers.
- Outstanding communication, storytelling and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise, manage multiple workstreams and operate effectively across global time zones.
- Fluent professional English (written and verbal).

Experience
Senior‑level experience in business development, retail real estate or strategy roles; experience at a consulting firm, technology company or within retail merchandising/operations preferred. Demonstrated success building investment cases, supporting international rollouts and working with FP&A and retail leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field required; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
