Tapestry seeks Senior Manager of Intranet & Communications Tools in New York to lead enterprise communication strategy and employee digital engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and day-to-day leadership of the enterprise intranet as a core communications channel, driving continuous improvement based on employee needs, analytics, and feedback
  • Define intranet content strategy, editorial standards, and governance models in partnership with Communications, IT, HR, and business leaders
  • Ensure content is engaging, inclusive, accessible, and aligned with the company's voice and brand identity across all platforms
  • Partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to support communication needs and advise on best practices for internal communications, messaging, and channel strategy
  • Manage the community of content and document owners; oversee the creation and management of a centralised repository of technology enablement resources
  • Support management of internal communication channels, including intranet and email distribution, ensuring content is published accurately and timeously
  • Use analytics and feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness and reach
  • Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met whilst maintaining strong attention to detail and quality control

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in internal communications, digital communications, or employee experience
  • 5+ years in a role managing enterprise-scale platforms
  • Deep experience owning an enterprise intranet or internal communications platform
  • Strong content strategy and channel management expertise
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms such as intranet systems, content management systems, or Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint
  • Background in employee experience, culture communications, or change management
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level communication initiatives or large-scale organisational changes
  • Experience working in a global or multi-brand environment
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 105,000 to USD 130,000 per annum.
