Tapestry (Coach) seeks a Sr. Manager, Global Brand Media in New York. Lead global media strategy, multi-channel planning and measurement. $120k–$140k.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a unified global media strategy that aligns with business objectives and adapts to changing market dynamics.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insight analysis to inform media plans and identify new opportunities in media consumption.
  • Provide clear media direction to business units, platforms and stakeholders to support prioritized brand goals and long-term KPIs.
  • Invent and test new media models (See-Think frameworks) for brand building beyond traditional approaches.
  • Build and use scenario models to forecast outcomes and allocate global media investment effectively across channels and campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global and BU marketing, finance, creative, analytics and the Tapestry COE to ensure integrated media efforts.
  • Establish and manage global platform relationships and joint business plans (JBPs) to accelerate media application and activation across markets.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and identify areas for improvement, focusing on Individuals Lifted via BLS and iROAS/iRevenue via MMM.
  • Manage global campaign collaboration and communications with BU marketing counterparts.
  • Prepare executive-quality presentations and reports to communicate media strategy and performance to BU and global leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in media planning/buying with advanced measurement expertise and a proven track record in a global role.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing complex multi-channel campaigns across global markets (NA, EMEA, APAC).
  • Deep knowledge of traditional and digital media channels, including digital video, OTT/CTV, TV, OOH and social media.
  • Strong strategic judgment: able to evaluate plans at a high level while managing detailed execution.
  • Proven cross-functional stakeholder management, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 per annum.
